    inside diameter of foam 3 1/4 inches, angled    82mm
    inside roll diameter and cone diameter of spk 3 1/2 inches    89mm
    outside roll diameter of surround 4 1/8 inch    105mm
    outside diameter of surround 4 and 9/16 inch  116mm

    glue is not included
    remove the gasket and rub off old foam, apply glue to  cone.
    center the surround evenly  as you place it on cone.
    squeeze the inside of surround to cone with fingers, go around a few times til it adheres
    apply glue to outer frame, press down surround.
